Shipping & Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase but understand if you need flexibility. 

FULL PRICE RETURN POLICY
Our full price return policy is 7 days for a refund to the original payment method and 30 days for an exchange or store credit.

Please note we cannot take items back for exchange outside the 30 day window. Any store credits can be used in store or online and do not expire.

All clothing, accessories and footwear must be unworn and undamaged. Items must be returned with original tags and packaging along with a copy of your digital receipt. If tags are unattached or there are signs of wear, items are non-returnable.

Brooke + Bel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.


FINAL SALE RETURN POLICY
All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange. This includes all items purchased during a sale event or with a promotion code.

For hygienic reasons swimwear, activewear, bodysuits, undergarments, hair accessories and hats are FINAL SALE.

Anything special ordered, purchased during a Brooke + Bel trunk show or on consignment is also considered
FINAL SALE and non-returnable. 


ONLINE RETURN PROCEDURES
For full price online orders, a return shipping label can be provided for domestic orders only. Please email us at sales@brookeandbel.com for a label. When using our USPS prepaid label, the cost of the return shipping label ($5) will be deducted from your refund. For international orders, return shipping fees and label are the responsibility of the customer. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Online returns must be received back to us within 7 days of the delivery date in order to get a refund to the original payment method. If online returns are received past 7 days, a store credit will be issued. Please note that there is a $10 restocking fee on all online orders.

SHIPPING
Brooke + Bel offers free domestic shipping on orders over $250. U.S. online orders will ship out via UPS or USPS within 1-3 business days. Brooke + Bel does not ship orders on Sunday, Monday or company observed holidays.

International shipping charges and carrier will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For international orders, the purchaser is responsible for paying any import duties. These fees are determined by your local customs authorities.

All orders ship with delivery confirmations which include your tracking number and estimated delivery date, which varies by location.

We also offer Free in store pickup and Local Delivery within Hoboken (zip code 07030 only) for a fee, subject to availability.

HOLIDAY GIFTS RETURN POLICY
Any gifts purchased between December 1 - December 24, 2025 will be accepted for exchange or store credit through January 9, 2026. Refunds will not be issued.
*Please note Brooke + Bel will be closed 12/25 - 1/1.
